No smoking day

Whether it it is no smoking day or any ordinary day, if you really want to stop smoking, you can. It is all down to whether you feel brave enough to do what you have to do to stop. If you respond to some kind of treatment, then go for it. You know it makes no sense to smoke, but you feel compelled to do so. You might get something from smoking, but the effects of smoking are far greater than the rewards you think you get.

BUT, you can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink.

If you really are fed up with smoking, then think of the financial benefits and the health benefits you will get. Make that picture in your mind far greater than the need to smoke.
