Why does hypnosis work so well?
It's a question often asked, and I am not entirely sure I really know the answer. I just know that clients having hypnosis do seem to make quick recoveries.
Whether it is the fact that people learn how to relax really well and feel more confident because of that is one way of thinking. Or whether the unconscious mind accepts new suggestions doesn't really matter that much. We just know that hypnosis does help people to deal with things more easily. They realise that the things they have been worrying about don't appear such a big deal.
People who are looking to increase their confidence notice that they do things with less conscious thought. This becomes normal way of behaving after a short while.
Hypnosis works quickly and effectively, and its good to know that we can make positive changes really quickly
